ROOM RATES
LOUNGE AREA
Daily rate $ 500.00 (Plus GST)
Available at noon day of rental
Must be vacated by 2:30 a.m.
Includes tables and chairs for up to 200
Clean up included( all decorations etc. to be removed the day of the event or an additional charge may apply.)
Must use club catering.
Evening prior available for set up /decorating for a maximum of
4 hours for the fee of $ 100.00 ( Plus GST)
BAR OPERATIONS
No Alcholic beverages are allowed in facility that are not under AGLC permit.
CASH BAR
Club provides bartender
Drinks available at lounge price
( Bartender hourly rate below will apply if sales do not exceed $ 400.00)
BYOB
Corkage $ 4.50 per adult ( ice, glasses, mix )
Renter must supply AGLC permit and product ( beer, alcohol)
Must use Calgary Curling Club Bartender at the rate of $ 15.00 per hour per bartender. ( Charged one hour prior to and one hour after function closes)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Damage Deposit of $ 500.00 to confirm booking. Damage Deposit returned 7 days after event.
DECORATING POLICY
All decorating plans must be discussed and approved by the Calgary Curling Club. Decorating the evening prior to the function is only allowed if space is booked @ $ 100.00 plus GST. Functions are requested not to use confetti, rice or similar substances on Calgary Curling Club property. A $ 200.00 clean-up fee will be applied if used.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
Rental and corkage payments payable 10 days prior to event. Cancellation of event less than 10 days may result in damage deposit being retained by Club.
